Summary: Villages of Seloy is a gated, active adult community in St. Augustine that needed wide-reaching marketing and creative strategies. Beson4 created their logo and website and developed PPC and billboard campaign in order to reach Villages of Seloy’s 55+ audience. We also implemented new photography and video strategies that aided in updating the visual narrative of the client. Villages of Seloy has since met its goals and completely sold out all properties and closed its website. We thank them for being a great client for many years and celebrate their success.

The limited-edition community offers modern coastal living and in-town convenience, just steps away from the ocean. We partnered with the developers before they broke ground to help establish their brand and bring them to market.

Glen Oaks RV Resort

Summary: Partnering with a client right at the conception of their business is one of our favorite opportunities. Glen Oaks Premier RV Resort is one such example. The developers engaged Beson4 for critical branding development beginning with resort naming and logo creation. This RV resort, planned for Glen St. Mary, Florida, will be a travel destination for RV enthusiasts and Northeast Florida tourists looking for a relaxed, yet luxurious, recreational vehicle resort with all the amenities. Beson4 helped define the Glen Oaks’ amenities list, recommending sporting opportunities and popular outdoor spaces that will connect with the surrounding natural environment. Our team also assisted in gaining public support for the development by creating an overview presentation which describes the resort’s amenities, as well as its projected community and economic impact. When completed, we expect Glen Oaks Premier RV Resort will be a great asset to Northeast Florida tourism.
